“La vivienda no es sólo un bien inmobiliario,
es también una forma de consolidación espiritual”
Edifici l’AUBA, a building “created” to define new construction habits and styles, designed for new generations.
Edifici l’AUBA is a residential project by TSADKIEL, designed by the innovative SAROS studio - led by the young architect Alberto Carreras Gumá - which combines Mediterranean aesthetics and atmosphere with the use of innovative and environmentally friendly construction systems, trusting the company ARQUIMA, S.L., from Barcelona, to manufacture the entire structure and envelope of the building on the ground floor, first floor and roofing.
Following the style of the neighbourhood and the area, coquettish and familiar, the building with only two floors (and a basement) shelters 11 homes, all with private terraces, 17 parking spaces and 11 storage rooms. The white colour used as dominant colour throughout the building, brings freshness to the project by being combined on the outside with the textures of the plants and the “mares” local stone. On the inside of the building, the white colour contrasts with the wooded ceilings, which bring warmth to the main rooms.
Furthermore, and in accordance with today’s sensibility, solar panels located on the roof allow to cover part of the electricity demand in homes and common areas, thus reducing the costs derived from energy consumption and contributing to obtaining the A energy rating of the building.
An apology for simplicity, the result of the prestigious architecture studio ESTEVA I ESTEVA.
A L-shaped housing of 264 m2, facing south-southwest and distributed in a ground floor and a first floor, plus a basement.
The volume of the housing allows the opening of the main interior facade of both floors towards the free space of the garden, where there are also a solarium and the pool.
From the Greek word egregoroi, EGRÉGORA means collective soul, common spirit, synergies creating a group and giving meaning to it, a new way of sharing a lifestyle.
In a select and privileged place of Palma, TSADKIEL and the prestigious studio ESTEVA I ESTEVA Arquitectos, have designed a building with only 6 exclusive 140-180m2 exterior dwellings, with a southeast orientation and sea views. The apartments on the ground floors have their own private garden and those on the attic have a solarium with Jacuzzi.
The name of the building is meant as a homage to the poem by Joan Alcover and to the perseverance in the meticulous and well-done work that defines our objectives.
“Sa filosa” is the spinning wheel with which the Balanguera spins continuously, weaving the future from traditions, sinking the roots well so that the trunk can grow tall and robust.
“Sa Filosa” is a residential product of TSADKIEL and the Ronda de Migjorn architecture studio.
