DRAGONERA Building

"DRAGONERA BUILDING : Space - Luminosity - Conviviality"

Following the favourable reception of the original concept of our development EDIFICI L’AUBA, in the Amanecer quarter, we have opted again for an out-of-the-ordinary design, both inside and outside, for this new building. The position of the plot allows to provide most of the dwellings with maximum natural light in both façades, including a highly versatile living area around a central kitchen that favours conviviality.

We have consciously opted to go against the current trend of making urban land more profitable to the detriment of the dwelling comfort, which is why this four-storey building will only have 10 dwellings, with an area between 100 and 155 m2, and 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms – the latter ones with 3 bathrooms en suite and 1 toilet. Three two-storey apartments on a mezzanine floor will have a private garden up to 145 m2, while the two penthouses will enjoy a private sun deck with direct access.

The predominant white colour will be combined with the vegetation integrated into each floor. And, in line with the time we are living in, solar panels installed on the roof will allow to meet part of the electricity demand of the communal areas, thus reducing the costs derived from energy consumption and contributing, together with the landscaped areas, to reduce urban pollution.

14 storage rooms and 28 parking spaces on two basements complete the description of the building, allowing the neighbours in the area to access one of those coveted spaces to park their vehicles.

The project was submitted to the Town Council on 20/10/2022, which has not issued an answer yet; therefore, it is impossible to predict a start date for the works or, certainly, the completion and delivery dates.

You can walk to Palma city centre in less than 30 minutes, in addition to frequent bus routes.
